On hold

The price for site costs came back to our shock and amazement given our previous building experience we hadn't counted on the cost to retain 3 sides of the block, due to level of cut and fill and also rock on site! Decision was made to cut our losses and rent the post war home for a few years and revisit with a new design encompassing the fall of the block to ensure we have a flat driveway in a few years. $80k was not what we were expecting on top of the house price for works you can't see value for and as a result a steep driveway. Time and money spent in the due diligence stage was worth it!
